- Taro leaves to taste
- 1 tail tuna, wash, cut into pieces
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon tamarind, dissolved in 50ml of water, strain
HOW TO MAKE:
- wash taro leaves and steamed until tender. Set aside
